Rates:
Total capacity is ten people.
Summer (June - Aug. , 2008) $1,600/week
All other dates: $350/day (3 day minimum)
(rates are for up to 6 people - per person charge for over 6 people is $15 per person per day)
A non-refundable deposit of $500 will confirm and hold your dates which upon receiving the weekly rental becomes your security deposit.
- Check in is at 4 PM on Saturday, and check out is 10:30 AM the following Saturday.
